Each worker or business displays a Mojo ID, usually in the form of a sticker or card. If you’ve had a great experience, just scan it. You’ll be taken to a page where you can leave a message of thanks or encouragement.

Your message goes directly to the person or business. It’s private by default, and designed to make someone’s day — not to gather data or show off online.

For Workers

Mojo helps you build a portable, positive record of the pride you take in your work. Each Mojo ID is yours — and it stays with you even if you change jobs or locations.

You can show your Mojo to future employers, colleagues, or customers. It’s like a quiet reputation tool that travels with you.
