Mojo.Spot is a simple system for sharing appreciation and recognising good work. We are based in Australia and committed to ethical, respectful data practices.

What We Collect — and Why

• Email address: To send you a magic login link and connect you to your Mojo ID
• Preferred name: To personalise your experience (e.g. “Hi Sam!”)
• Messages you submit: To pass your feedback on to the intended recipient
• Mojo ID: To associate feedback with a specific worker
• Date & time: For basic logging and future retrieval of messages

What We Don’t Do

• We don’t sell your data
• We don’t track you across the web
• We don’t collect unnecessary sensitive information
• We don’t send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask for them

How We Protect Your Info

• All data is encrypted and stored securely
• We use trusted tools like Supabase and Vercel
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

Finder & Message Retention

If you're someone scanning a tag and leaving a message, your info is stored briefly then erased:

• Finder contact details are automatically deleted after 7 days
• Messages for workers are kept for them to read privately
